Terms of Service

These terms

By using watchzio.com or any Watchzio plan, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

Who can subscribe

You must be 18 or older and allowed to use IPTV services where you live. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply in your country.

Plans and payment

Plans are paid upfront for the period you choose, at the price shown when you order. If we change our prices, the new price applies to new orders and renewals, never to a period you have already paid for.

Free trial and refunds

You can test the service with a free 24-hour trial before paying. Paid plans can be refunded within 7 days under the conditions in our Refund Policy.

Getting your access

After payment, we send your login details by WhatsApp or email. We work to keep the service stable, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or because of problems outside our control, such as your internet connection.

Using your plan fairly

Your plan is for your own household. Do not resell it, share your login beyond the connections included in your plan, or try to disrupt the service. Reselling is only allowed through our reseller programme.

Content and our website

You are responsible for how you use the service and for following the laws of your country. Texts, logos and design on watchzio.com belong to Watchzio and may not be copied without permission.

Our responsibility

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using the service at any time; refunds follow the Refund Policy.
