What happens next

We acknowledge complete notices and aim to act on them within 48–72 business hours. Where a notice is valid, we remove or disable the material identified. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing details.

Counter-notices

If material you published was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the URL that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your signature.
