Setup guides and support
The guides on this blog are written by the same people who answer Watchzio's WhatsApp support. Most articles start as a question we kept receiving: how to add a playlist to a particular app, why a channel buffers on one TV and not another, what the difference is between M3U and Xtream.
We sign them as a team because several of us check each guide before it is published, and whoever is on shift updates it when an app changes its menus.

- Step-by-step instructions for IBO Player Pro, TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, VLC, Kodi and MAG portals.
- Devices
- Fire TV Stick, Android TV, Samsung and LG TVs, Apple devices and computers.
- Fixing playback
- Buffering, login errors, missing guide data and the checks that solve them.
How we write them
- Followed on real devices
- Each set of steps is followed on the device it describes before it goes online.
- Dated and updated
- Every article shows when it was published and when it was last updated.
- Plain about limits
- If something depends on your connection, your country or the app, the guide says so.
